    Listing Management

    As your listing coordinator we will be managing the real estate listing process. We’ll be responsible for preparing listing information, procuring signatures for listing agreement and uploading everything into the MLS. We will then make it Active & upload everything for State Compliance.

    Contract to Close Management

    As your transaction coordinator we will be handling all the administrative tasks that accompany a real estate deal from contract to close. Opening Escrow, Communicating with all Parties, Coordinating Timelines, ensure everything is handled for State Compliance.

    Contract Preparation

    When it seams as there are not enough hours in the day, we are here to assist with inputting all needed information for a Purchase and Sale Agreement plus the needed Addendums. We will then assisting with getting the forms signed and delivered to the Listing Agent.
